A Commitment to Solving Your Problems

I recently quit my corporate job (Director of Strategic Programs) to pursue a career where I could help people. I wanted to be able to do tangible things instead of sitting at a desk pushing buttons on a keyboard. I get satisfaction and joy from helping you complete your task list.

In terms of experience, I bought my first house in 2001. I finished the basement by adding a bathroom, bedroom and a living space. ln 2006 we (now married) purchased another house that had been occupied by a little old lady that hadn’t done any updating. We remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and tiled the front entry on the main level. After that we added around 900 sq. feet by finishing the basement. We added a bedroom, bathroom and a family room. At our current house, purchased in 2014, we just finished remodeling the entire house a few years ago. We remodeled all 4 bathrooms, doubled the size of the kitchen by taking out two walls. I tell you all this not because I want to remodel your house but rather to demonstrate my ability to tackle large and small problems. We were the crazy people that wouldn’t buy a house because it was already refinished, we wanted the “project house.”

I also manage 14 rental apartments so there probably isn’t a job that I haven’t done before.

I am an excellent problem solver and very thorough. I pay attention to details. Your complete satisfaction is my goal.
